Does anything yell "Spring is here!" more than an evening at Bob's Big Boy?  Toluca Lake is still the home of the best Big Boy and still the home of Friday Cruise Night, Car Hops, Window Trays and "Silver Goblets".  A true Historical Landmark and part of the soul for our Southland. 

 2009... State and Federal "Tax Credits"... "No Downs"... "Repos" ... "Short Pays" ...  "Probates"....     Do you really need to be a First Time Buyer to qualify for the First Time Buyer Credit?  (here is a hint: probably not)  What does the current market hold for anyone wishing to buy or sell?  Simply, it means more opportunities and choices for you as long as you know where to look.   This is not a time for part timers or amateurs.
